Lead guest: The lead guest must be over 25 years of age ID

Check and card authorisation: When you arrive, onefinestay will check the lead guest?s ID and secure a EUR 1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released when onefinestay confirms no damage was caused during your stay A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
