DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to the greater of a one-night’s stay or 50 % of the total stay, per room reserved, will be charged to your credit card when a reservation is made. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. The balance due will then be charged to the same credit card on your day of arrival.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations 14 days or more prior to your check-in date is eligible for a refund. Cancellations 13 days or less prior to your reservation date is eligible for a refund only for any nights that we are able to re-sell. All refunds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
